Server queues are currently higher than normal since we've just released our anniversary event, and that's drawing more players to the game. Furthermore, it's summertime, so many students are on break and have more time to spend playing. The queues should stabilize again in a few weeks or so.

 

If you're able to, I'd suggest trying to play during different times throughout the day - there are some hours that are peak hours for the servers, and some hours where the queue is relatively minimal, even nonexistent. Good luck!
