The issue with Destiny Bond is not that it is bugged or needs to be fixed - it's uncoded at the moment, like many other moves. The team is well aware of all the things in game that still need to be coded, so please rest assured that we aren't ignoring our player base. However, it takes our developer time to finish coding in and implementing new moves, abilities, items, and so forth. Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact timeframe on when this will be done, since it isn't a small or simple task by any means.

 

Bear in mind that several other moves have already been fixed and/or added to the game since February, as the update log shows. Destiny Bond will eventually be coded in like the rest of the moves, but you'll need to be patient in the meantime.
