Stuck in queue..

Queues are normal, be ready for school to start. Queues will go down slightly on the weekdays.

It seems that sometimes when I try to connect and the queue is big, my position will start to decrease, but then at some point it will just hang. I've let it sit in this hung state for over 10 minutes without any change to my queue position. I'll then leave the queue and rejoin and my position will decrease again, but I'll be at the back of the queue.

Hi there. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues queueing in. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

 

From what you've described, it sounds like you may be dropping Internet connection during the queue process. Could that be possible? Try resetting your modem and see if that helps. I'd also suggest restarting your computer and reinstalling the game client.
