Linux Game Hangs on Window Change

Featured Replies

If I'm playing the game on Ubuntu and I do Alt+Tab to change my current window, the game will totally freeze up when I switch back to it. This really sucks because I cannot figure out how to close it in this frozen state so I can reopen it. I've tried to "kill -9" the PROLinux.x86_64 process, but that doesn't seem to do it. I still have the game logo visible on my sidebar and it's still in the frozen state. Anybody know how to completely shut it down to reopen it?

Hi there. Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

There are a few force-quit suggestions here on the Ubuntu Forums. If none of those work for your PRO client, you might want to try posting here in the PRO Linux thread - another Linux user might be able to provide more insight into the situation.

Good luck!
