(sorry for my english) Admins, help please. I cant pass quest. Whenever I begin to talk to him after the talk I hang and can not move , and open inventory.

Hi there. The best solution is simply to relog several times while trying to speak with the Wattson NPC. It may take quite a few tries, sometimes up to 10+ attempts, but you should be able to get his NPC dialogue eventually if you're patient enough.

 

Other users have also reported that speaking to the NPC from the right side has helped, so you could give that a try as well.
