Hi there. This idea has already been suggested and addressed by admins in the past. Here's a quote from Thor on the matter:

From what i have read, it has been answered multiple times by Arnie.

 

It simply isnt possible to grab the cooldown timer from each and every individual NPC and have them accessible from 1 NPC, data that isnt a stored variable cannot be accessed except from when directly interacting with one. Wait time is stored differently.

However, you can still check your boss timers simply by speaking to the respective boss NPCs. You can also write down and keep track of when you last battled them via something like a Word Document.

 

In the future, please try to read through this stickied thread before submitting a new suggestion topic, so as to avoid creating a duplicate thread of an idea that's already been brought up. You can see on that thread that "Making the boss cooldown visible" is already listed there as a suggestion that's already been denied in the past. :)
