Headbutt Sync/Poke Stops/Dig Spots Guide for Kanto and Johto

This is my efficient sync Kanto and Johto route for headbutting trees, since the other guides in this forum don't include this kind of info, I wanted to do it myself and share with you all.

-Purpose of this guide?

-An efficient route to cover all kanto and johto region routes, it can be done every 24 hours.

-Using the correct sync (imo) for each map/route ( since you have to commit to 1 sync when headbutting all the trees in each route).

-Poke stops locations if available (those respawn every 2 days)

-Dig spots locations if available (those respawn every 3 days)

-What you need?

-A headbutt poke, A catch poke (that means false swipe + sleep/status move) and jolly/adamant/timid/careful(the 4th sync slot can change) syncs: that would be your 6 party spots pokes .

-Now if you have a catch + headbutt poke like a Gallade , you can have an extra spot in your party to bring your hm slave for cut, surf and dig, since you are going to do a full kanto expedition (this is very recommended), if you don't have a gallade then you can replace the careful natu spot for your hm slave.

-Also it's great if your natus learn the egg move "skill swap" if you are looking for a specific nature like the ones i'll be mentioning in this guide (this is optional advanced stuff, so this step it's not a requirement to follow this guide), teach 1 of your natus hm - flash for when exploring dark caves dig spots.

-For 1 map only (Lavender town) it would be nice if you have a pokemon that knows the Soak/Odor Sleuth move, so you can false swipe the ghost type and catch them faster (there are other alternatives, this step is optional).

- More syncs may be needed but those are for specific pokes, I wanted to keep this as a simple full 6 party poke expedition, but you can always go into a pokecenter and switch some syncs in and out for when headbutting a specific map.
