I think adding the ability to manually adjust the size of the game window when not in full screen would be a good addition, especially for those like myself who wish to participate in the live chat IRC while playing for extra community communication. I have thought this out over the last hour plus, and I don't really see any drawbacks to this other than the potential for duel-boxing... Which if I am not mistaken is a clear violation of the games rules to begin with and subject to penalization, so in the end would only help to weed out cheaters.
