When the game is live the starting region will be Kanto. Upon entering the game for the first time you'll enter the starting quest area. As for the map you already have it click on the tab which is located near the upper right corner of the client Terms and Conditions - Privacy Policy - Rules - FAQ Do not contact staff members for private support.
