so i bought membership it added coins then i bought a medalion however it took the coins but didnt give me a medalion........

The medallion is in your bag - misc items iirc. You'll need to click on it to activate.

yeah im sure it says membership inactive on my trainer card and checked everything my my backpack and not medalion
