a few hours ago I used 4 pp ups, the tm psychic and 15 rare candies to get my gengar to lvl 100 but now I logged on and the moves I used them on are back down to normal shadow claw was at 24, shadow ball was at 18. I don't know if there is anything that can be done but i would appreciate some help with this problem

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do. You were hit by a rollback, apparently. PRO staff is not responsible for rollbacks as we can't predict them.

I recommend logging out after each trade/catch/successful achievement of lvl 100 in order to force-save your progress. You can't get hit by a rollback that way.
