My friend has equipped dig in one of your Pokemon and a few minutes later the yellow server crashed when he was back without your dig , how to retrieve it?

There is an npc west of violet city in johto that sells tm dig, rock smash, and teleport. Not sure if this helps or not :y:

Unfortunately, nothing can be done about anything lost due to rollback. I'm sorry for your loss.
