i was reading some dialogues leader gyms, and i believe that it can better. below are my suggerence about leader gyms after battles. i tkink also their dialogues than they have, its possible to add the location of the next gym, what for it has more logic where the main character must to go. for example:

 

1-brock: their dialogue is good, and he says where is the next gym (IMPLEMENTED).

2-misty: add that i should go to vermilion city and look there the next gym.

3-lt surge: add go to celadon city and prove luck in that gym.

4-erika: add the next gym is near at the coast of fucsia city.

5-janine: add in the saffron city there is a gym, you should go there.

6- sabrina: your next challenge is in the cinnabar island, and he is stronger than me, good luck.

7- blaine: the viridian leader gym has returned at his gym and he is looking by challenging, see him.

8- giovanny: their dialogue is good, not need a change (IMPLEMENTED).

 

the johto leader gyms dialogues i see them fine, because it is most lineal, and they have side quest to unlock thems.

 

this suggest is for most esthetic with the kanto story.
