This is a bug I have encountered and I would like to report. Whilst dragging and dropping various items or pokemon one image of a Haunter I was dragging got stuck on the screen. A little while later my brother also encountered the same problem in his account while playing (this time with a Metal Coat). Here are the screenshots. I logged out and then logged back in and it was still there.

To fix this you need to close your client and reopen it. If you try and drag a Pokemon from your pc to a chat it gets stuck like you seen. I believe the item glitch is if you try and drag an item onto a Pokemon in the pc as well. I've never had the glitch happen to me but I've been told that is what causes it.
