Roniix Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 Im not sure if it's once per week, but when you are available to fight them again, if you come from Vermillion to Saffron, on Route 6, if you pass quickly with the bike, camper jeff will see you and he will walk to you but if you keep pressing "up" you can avoid fighting him.
