Okay so this is how you login,

 

What i'm getting from your problems, is that you cannot login to the game. Well these are some problems you might have run into:

 

- Forgot your password, or used a wrong password.

- Username/Password does not match up.

- Old Client/download

- Not compatible with your device.

 

Just make sure you have the newest download of the game, you might just have downloaded the old unfinished one. and you said reinstall is useless, have you checked if your graphics card is up to date? Or there are no bugs/glitches/viruses in your computer? These could be problems as well. Also, try not to have so much other programs open while your playing the game, it could be your cpu is running slow, and unstable internet just wont let you login at all. I can't think of any other problems, check your internet connection stability, speed, and also check if you downloaded the correct version for your cpu. Hope this helps you guys out:

did you read what I said above? well maybe it is another problem, like a huge bug/glitch, just make sure to check the things I listed

What bit does your computer run? are you sure, if your downloading 32 bit make sure cpu is 32bit, if your downloading 64 bit make sure your cpu is 64 bit.
