Rest assured nobody else is logged into your account - this is simply a server-side glitch that can arise when the game continues to register your account session as active, even after you've already logged out. Unfortunately, the only solution is to wait for a server reboot. There are daily reboots, so just stay patient and you should be able to log in again soon.
