It looks like staying off of the client for a few minutes and logging back in fixed it...

Hi there. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If you're on your computer, have you tried Alt-Tabbing in and out of the client? Also, have you restarted your client or used an Escape Rope yet?<br/>
