I'm hoping this is in the right place. I'm pretty new when it comes these sort of auctions in the market. If I post a pokemon up for auction with no specified time when it ends, is that looked down upon? I started also posting my trade up in the trade chat ingame and two individuals thought I wasn't telling the truth in regards to the current offer. I directed both to the thread but both left the respective chat and one even blocked me.I received an offer in the form of an "insta" but I refused and later (12 hours) I ask if his/her offer still stands and he calls me rude and yadayada.

Did I miss the memo?

You see the problem is, there is an implied etiquette depending on who is selling/buying. Unfortunately, PRO sees it fit that there are no guidelines that SELLERS have to abide by as far as creating timed auctions etc etc. So they could theoretically leave their auction open for days on end without as much as a reply to whoever has the BO at the time.

The means in which a trade takes place varies from player to player. Some don't mind waiting, some don't care if you don't have an insta price, or don't want to name one because you don't know the value of your poke.
