Please rate my team / 6th slot suggestion

Hey, some feedback after using this team for a bit:

I can see it has some potential, Venusaur is a very good check to Azumarill as desired and can take on electric types quite well by using a surprise Earthquake the enemy doesn't expect. Leech seed and sleep powder give some utility.

I even prefer him to Ferrothorn, which doesn't necessarily mean the latter is worse, just i prefer Venu's playstyle.

However, I feel that it could still be better. I have some problems against Togekiss if i can't manage to set up stealth rock, and Excadrill in particular after I set up sand.

I was thinking of replacing Blastoise and Venusaur with Starmie and Skarmory.

Starmie with:

- Rapid spin

- Recovery

- Scald

- Thunderbolt

Is much faster than blastoise, does more damage, has a reliable recovery and I think it OHKOes Gyarados, at the cost of losing some physical bulk.

Skarmory with:

- Spikes

- Roost

- Iron Head

- Whirlwind

Can take on Togekiss, Excadrill, Azumarill, can wipe away enemy sweepers that attempt to set up with Whirlwind and has a reliable recovery as well.

At this point, I would be quite weak against Electric types maybe. Tyranitar, Dragonite and Clefable usually do fairly well against them though.
