Here is the rarity guide that was done. It will tell you what is rare and what isn't.

This guide, https://pokemonrevolutiononlineguide.jimdo.com/ may be a bit outdated, but is a bit easier to use than what's referenced above. I'd imagine that in tandem, they'll more than do the job.
