i used this move in pvp before

 

and i found it unwork today ?

it reduces the speed of a pokemon upon entering the battle. afaik it works fine

It works perfectly fine.

However, if you encounter Pokemon(s) such as Gengar and Hydreigon (with Levitate as the ability), their speed will not get lowered prior to entering the battle.

The same can be said about Metagross (with the ability Clear Body)

it works fine bro :) not effect on some pkm with Levitate Abi and ofcoz flying type. :Angel:

It's work and I just tried it...just flying type is immune to it :Grin:
