I was playing the game and i remember having 259k of money, but minutes later when i looked to my money i noticed that i had only 222k

 

What could have happened? I didnt bought anything, not even entered in a trade

 

The only thing different that i did was take the blue pokeball at bellsprout tower, was it the problem?

Maybe you have lost a fight to trainer / wild pokemon?

Losing a fight wouldn't lose that much money, I think only 5% money loss which is around 13k if he had 259k

yep you lose 5% of your total money every time you lose a battle to npc or wild pokemons. If you don't want to lose money, basically if you're about to black out, just disconnect and you'll be teleported back to the last poke center, you wont lose any money.
