i completed transport quest at hoenn 1-2 months ago. But now, when the new mauville fixed, if i wanna beat boss lt.surge, t need to talk with watson, and the quest will be reset. Now, i cant use transport anymore, please fix this bug soon because this quest too hard to complete.

Actually... You have to talk to Watson 3 times overall, interact with Minun and Plusle once each, go into several pokemon centers (takes time but not hard at all) and defeat one trainer.

As Unknown007 ended his post, "I suggest you try to remember how you completed the quest previously or go to the quest guides to complete it."
