hello, i would like to ask 2 question:

 

1. if a pokemon that hold Razor fang use attack like Spike Cannon (that attacks few times) the 10% flinch can happen for each of this "mini attacks" or its 10% flich after the move is finish.

 

2 .i know at rank pvp u cant have 2 of the same pokemon, can i use pokemon and its evolution?

The flinch is activated once, attacking with a move like Fury Swipes that hits 5 times won't have a chance of triggering it 5 times.

 

For this question, I cannot be 100% and it's probably subject to change. On the official game, you can use a pokemon and it's evolution so I assume it is the same here. Also, using two different evolution of a pokemon is allowed in the official games, so using Politoed+Poliwrath (for example) is probably not forbidden here.

 

I'd need a staff member to enlighten this point.

As Giovanna has stated, provided the Pokemon is not the same Pokedex number (for example Charizard / Charizard) you are able to have them in your team.

 

So for example, you could battle with Politoed and Poliwrath, or you could battle with Charizard and Charmeleon, this isnt against the PvP rules.
