i have tried to capture beldum is shiny stone but it is impossible. i found a level 7 one, i have used 100 pokeballs, 30 greatballs and 40 ultraballs and i didnt capture him (he had 1hp and it was paralized). is it bugged? can i get it back the pokeballs?

Beldum has one of the lowest catch rate, so it's extremely hard to catch, even at 1hp. But i have to admit that you were very unlucky with this one.

first i wanna tell you dont buy greatballs / ultra balls, i dont think they do anymore then regular pokeballs. Ive asked and people said to just buy pokeballs.

 

also i wanna tell you ive used 40-60 pokeballs catching delibird / chatot

 

you where super unlucky, next time dont stop untill u run outta balls!

Beldum, iirc, has the lowest non-legendary catch rate at 3. (Source)

 

And according to this website, your chance of catching a 1hp, level 7, paralysed Beldum is 4.74% with a normal, 6.42% with a Great and 7.97% with an Ultra Ball. I'm afraid you were pretty unlucky, though it doesn't necessarily sound like a bug.
