I have been trying to fight the Morty boss on mt Pyre 4F but he wont fight me. I tried fighting him with my level 100 chandelure and he wouldn't fight me. I then borrowed a guild friends level 100 gengar and tried to fight him and it still would not let me. Im fairly sure the only requirement for boss is a level 100 ghost type. Please help i would really like to fight this boss and i am getting very frustrated with this having wasted 25k traveling between hoenn and kanto trying figure to get pokemon that will let me fight him

Make sure you have NO Pokemon below level 100 in your team, and 200+ in game hours.
