Pinknblack
Yeah. Window's 10. Okay so whats up? "This is something with your hardware?" HOW? Nothing else gives me this problem except YOUR game. It literally crashes my WHOLE computer. "Well try these fixes." Nope, nada, nothing. I even called up my IT friend and had him take over my computer to adjust stuff he said might be the problem, he looked up my drivers too "everything seems fine, I don't know why the game isn't working for you." Run as admin Disable fast startup(Which was disabled because I had disabled hibernate.) Repair drivers (Which takes so long so Not even attempted yet.) Things are wonky and It ticks me off and I'm sorry but it's just really unfair that this ONE game I've gotten so addicted to is not even playable because it completely crashes my computer. :Frown:  :Frown: The main thing is that THE OLD VERSION WORKED FOR US PERFECTLY That are experiencing this problem Why would our hardware - within a not even 24 hours - stop working and say we're all janked up and malfunctioning? This is just insane. "It's on your side." WHY is it on our side when it's so many people having the singular problem with PRO alone? I play league, hearthstone, binding of issac, civ V, TF2, smite, twom, portal 2, final fantasy XIIIV ON MY COMPUTER. NEVER this error. (That's only 1/3rd of my games.) I'm pulling my hair out because i'm doing all these things to destroy my computer basically for the sake of just one game because I REALLY want to play this game. Please stop saying it's just on OUR sides. It's not JUST on our side, it's something with your client too i'm almost 100% at this point. Pokedex
Man... i did a post saying how to fix it but sage blocked saying i was violating ToS, a rule to share the clients(something like that)... That was an efficient way to make it work, the others steps: " Xodus wrote: Source of the post > Right click PRO and go to" Compatibility" > Check the box, run in 640x400 resolution > Load the game. It should not crash (if this works for you). Now your screen will look really wonky and you probably cannot click on anything. Hit Alt+Enter to normalise your screen, and then head to the settings to play in a slightly lower resolution than your main screen and DISABLE FULLSCREEN. Pinknblack
I've done all these, tried all and yeah - none work. XD I think they need to really stop saying it's on OUR side and actually take into consideration it might be something with the client. Most of the posts I've seen about it are them telling someone "It's a problem with YOUR" hardware My friend's works for the IT department of a local computer fixing place, and he's a HUGE gamer. Well when I told him I was getting the Watchdog violation he was REALLY surprised because he checked out my computer just a few weeks ago (I have him do check ups for me since he does them for free) that I was getting the error. He checked it out, nothing, nada, biggest threat is my light novels out of the whole thing. All drivers are good, graphics card is good to go - everything is good to go. So HE says it's on Pro's side, and that they most likely already know there is an error but are just unsure how to fix it. So basically we have to wait until they figure out how to fix it. 38903 Man... i did a post saying how to fix it but sage blocked saying i was violating ToS, a rule to share the clients(something like that)... I think that's the best way to get this solved. If you both post the specs of your PCs we might get a clue. I have one laptop and one computer that are both powerful machines, I upgraded them to Windows 10 and made sure I had all the drivers I needed for the Windows 10 update. The games run like water for me, perfectly. "Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best." Lentz
Lol everyone complains so much about a free game. Do not contact staff members for private support. Share the question on the forums due to being of use to others. Please use proper forum. Unsolicited messages will be trashed. Thanks. Anieru
45940 lots of my pc information I have still problem with full screen but I can open game in Window on low resolution. I haven't tried full screen on my PC when I get back from work we'll see how it goes and post here. Otherwise just keep playing the game with the highest resolution in Windowed mode, I'm sure a fix will come soon. Lol everyone complains so much about a free game. With the age demographic and language barriers we have here there's no patience most of the time. As a former member of staff you probably new that though :p "Strong Pokémon. Weak Pokémon. That is only the selfish perception of people. Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best." Guest UnknownUser11
Watchdog errors are Driver related issues. Nothing to do with PRO, PRO may be using some hardware or technique that isn't agreeing with your PC. Personally i do not recommend windows 10 at all, it has so many flaws it is not funny, but that's me. (I do run it to build PRO on however and have no issues on any PC i have tried) Major issues with GFX Drivers, since it came out.. Many GFX cards, including the new ones have bulk crashes. It doesn't stop here though, touchpads, audio drivers and all kinds of things are causing such errors. This error can also be caused by a cruddy HDD/SSD on the way out, or even from overclocking your PC. Updating your drivers may not help either, as they might not be fixed yet. Or maybe not even supported by your manufacture anymore. - Removing DirectX 12 support in the next version anyhow, as it probably isn't all that happy yet with windows 10. Idary
38887 Yeah. Its easy u only need pres left alt + enter click and change ur resolution (i have windows 10 too) Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/4366-getting-watchdog-violation-notice-windows10/#findComment-35947 Share on other sites
