Like Overused or Underused. Example lots of people would be using pokemon like Charizard, Salamence, Snorlax, and etc.

 

Pokemon should be divided in tiers so that there are no huge disadvantages like a Eevee vs a Snorlax.

I would agree if the meta would actually be more diverse... But with missing items, missing moves, and many pokemon being way too hard to get with the correct ability (h.a), you have a really small meta... Adding tiers to divide a 20 pokemon meta doesn't make sese

Also the example you are exposing is pretty absurd, like a NFE pokemon fighting with a snorlax -.-

On the other hand THERE IS one tier that would be really good to have: LC(Little cup) since it's completely different meta no matter which pokemon/items/abilities are Available...

I don't see the nee for this at the moment, we're lacking too many moves, abilities, and Pokemon.

Lol if someone wants to use an eevee in pvp by all means let them lose xD
