I actually thought this was fixed since the bug is so old but i haven't been using my Roserade for maybe half a year so i didn't really see the situation anymore.

 

Anyway, as the title says. Currently Toxic Spikes get absorbed by levitating poison types. It happened against a Gengar and i assume the same is the case for Weezing.
