Xsas Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 Hi, i caught ca 40 Horseas on Route 20 to find a Dracon Scalce, even with the ability compound eyes that should increase the chance to 20%. You do only have a slight chance of finding an item on Pokemon, however I recommend checking the map spawns if Horsea even bears items on that route. Not all Pokemon drop items at each route!
