Hi, i caught ca 40 Horseas on Route 20 to find a Dracon Scalce, even with the ability compound eyes that should increase the chance to 20%. Am i just very unlucky or is it not possible to get it that way?

You do only have a slight chance of finding an item on Pokemon, however I recommend checking the map spawns if Horsea even bears items on that route.

Not all Pokemon drop items at each route!
