Sun team, 2nd sunny day options after 1st Drought

I'm making a sun team. I have my Drought Ninetales ready, but I'd like a 2nd sunny day caster. I'd be nice to have a 2nd Drought poke on my team, but since I cannot run two Ninetales and I do not have a Mega Houndoom (not implemented into game, correct?) I'll have to go with a Sunny Day pokemon. What is the best option for this? I'm thinking something with a lot of HP and DEF/SPDEF that can absorb some hits while it casts Sunny Day on it's turn. So maybe a Chansey or a Snorlax or something. Thoughts? Or should I instead go with an offensive poke that can cast Sunny Day and then attack the next turn?

Are there any high HP and DEF/SPDEF poke that can cast Sunny Day and set up an entry hazard (Stealth Rock/Toxic Spikes/etc)? Or should I not try to open a battle by doing 2 status moves? Looks like Chansey can learn Stealth Rock and Sunny Day.

Chansey lacks eviolite and is t herefore not a very good option unless you mean Blissey wich is a different matter. Sure it can run Sunny Day and SR but you will miss on twave and aromatheraphy. It is also slow and very vulnerable to taunt

There are better weather setters, such as Sableye wich has has priority, or Mew, and both can be very good leaders, especially with taunt.

The skill of a player is inversely proportional to the number of confuse ray users he runs on his team.
