How much % its if i want the hidden ability of politoed? Because poliwag/poliwhirl dont have it.

The main issue is if i should evolve them at low lvl and then level it up or risk it with high lvls poliwhirls. (leveling a politoed from lvl 30 would be so hard xD)

I suggest u lv up poliwag till LV 97 then evo it...in case you forget to evo or wrong press
