Edit: Log out of my android device at the dig spot location and used my laptop and I found the dig spot. Might be android issue

Maybe the android maps haven't been updated yet.

I'm so sorry this is kind of OT, but how can I raise happiness point ? I've the skill in one pokemon and its happiness is around 100 only. How to make it up to digable ?
