Have you talk to Yorkie yet?

as i know, Youkie's brother may not appear if you never talk to Youkie.

Sad to hearing this, but you are the 1st one to reporting this issue.

I'm not sure is there anymore pre-request or new location added.

(or maybe you talk to yorkie again and take a look for those 5-spots again)
