it says your allowed 2 accounts per email, and up to 2 4 per person, what exactly does that mean?

like 4 emails per person, as in per ip address? or 4 accounts, per 2 email addresses

Also if you happened to be banned for a terrible thing, like using 3rd party software, but you are not ip banned, can you start completely over from scratch, and play legit?

Or will that perma bann mean that you are never allowed to play the game again, via the ip address you have?

If that is so would relocating to a new house / city be the only way to play this game again legit?

Thanks-

If by third party software you mean botting programs; yes you will, be permanently banned. If it is evident that you are the same person on the same ip but aren't using the same program, you'd probably be banned also...

I'd consult a moderator and ask them about it.

As far as the multiple accounts go - I'm not completely sure about that - it is 2 per email you register with...

are you sure?

I just saw the rules said dont post anything ban related here, but i dont know how to get that question answered otherwise, the ban appeal section is for appeals i dont want to ask a question in there i dont know--

if you end up perm ip banned for that then just do it! put the ole dog out before it suffers lol

also the whole email / 2 per and 4 per thing im still confused about

if you bot do you get ip banned? if so can you move to a new city / state / country, and play again? i dont see why not, but it would be drastic to do for a game-
