I just beat the guy named in the title. He gave me a chance to choose between the fossils but I couldnt choose and got logged out.

I logged back in but now he is gone and I have no fossil.

Is there a chance I might get one of those?

Or does he respawn?

To note: while we still will need to do a manual, individualized fix to extricate you in your case, the scriptwork has been amended so that one shouldn't be deprived of a fossil in the event of these deadlocks as they were in the previously porous control flow. Thank you for raising this to our attention as such. :)
