I joined team aqua and beat team fire at vulcanic town, i speak to my leader he give me some clothes, and now i want to speak to challenger rick and he said me : "i never see you in this town before", " go get some experience in this town and i might consider giving you some challenges"

 

What can i do for unlock Rick ?

Speak to the mayor first (he'll reward you with a hat and some money) and you'll be able to take Rick's challenges and battle the two bosses
