[WTB] Low LVL | Epic IVs | Kanto Pokemons

As title suggests I'm looking for low level Kanto pokemons that has epic IVs. I consider Pokemons from LVL 1-30 as low level.

 

I don't mind what Nature and Ability it has as long as the IVs are epic.

 

Give me a detail of your Pokemon and your price.
