Short time ago i did the jirachi quest and unfortunately i failed my synch.

For this reason i decided to adapt the moveset and the training for the nature i got for makes him playable (mixed with thunder).

After testing Thunder's paralysis chance numerous times in random battles and with my guildmate, Porogenitor, I have come to the conclusion that the paralysis chance is not 30% I have used Thunder 40 times and it paralyzed the opponent only 6 times (13/14 miss). According to https://www.smogon.com/dex/xy/moves/thunder/ , Thunder's paralysis chance should be 30%. And given the fact that Jirachi's Serene Grace doubles this to 60%, my opponent should have been paralyzed more than 16 out of 6 times. Here are screenshots of the tests that we ran
