I have a question. When i went to fight with mewto i couldnt beat it, and i dont know if i catch mew yet. I dont have more than 350 hours, so i have to wait to have more than 350 hours to go where mew is?

Here's the guide for the Mew Quest. Link As stated in the link given, the Mew quest has a few requirements. So I would suppose that you do have to wait until you have over 351 hours of playtime.

To catch Mew there's a few requirements:

351+ hours

- All Kanto Pokemon Caught ( legendary birds + mewtwo seen) + 71 Pokes Evolved in Pokedex*

The Mewtwo needs to be the one in Cerulean Cave, not the armoured one and you only need the dex data for the legendaries so as long as you've battled them win or lose.
