Why it is PvP ready even with mediocre IV and Brave nature:

- Total atk stat is 345 out of a possible max of 361. missing 16atk wont stop a sweep

- I invested enough spd EV to get to 199spd (during swift rain this is 398) This number was chosen to outspeed any non-buffed pokemon. (including timid jolteon with 31spd IV and 252spd EV)

- rest of the EV was put in hp for some small bulk that has helped me win some matches. (swapping in before a sweep)

 

Start bid is what I paid for the level 25 untrained kabuto, since usable swift swim ones are rare, and I want to try something besides a rain team.
