Multiple variables could be the reason why it doesn't load.

 

1. Your internet is probably the reason and may need be to checked.

2. Your client to need to be restarted as to what Rig stated.

3. Map server is a bit irritated and you'll probably need to wait a bit from all the flux from other users.
