Could anyone suggest me a good Alakazam moveset? i currently have

-Recover

-Psyshock

-Psychic

-Empty spot.

I'd go with Shadow ball and Signal Beam, discarding recover.

how can i get shadow ball? it only says celadon city reward, i have no idea how to get it

Shadow ball for sure for the empty spot (Tm+Tutor guide). I would also lose the recover and Psychic since u dont need sustain on a sweeper and having 2 moves that has the same type often doesnt help.

The other moves would be Hyper Beam and probably Hidden Power(this one depends of the type, but see which type you have with this link).

There is a great move that is not still in the game (Focus Blast), but one day it will be possible, and on that day you should put it instead of hyper beam or hiddenpower.
