So i left the event map and when i came back the npcs came to me and talked but they didnt fight because i already fought them but what's uncommon is their ''clones''.

 

 

Hopefuly this will get fixed soon,thanks for your time.

same happened to me especially when i change region and enter event map they bug with their clones
