My name is DaveyVE (ingame). I have a problem.

I just started the game and chose a pokemon (Squirtle) after choosing my partner I needed to fight a Eevee trainer or something for the tutorial. While fighting this Eevee trainer my game crashed and now my pokemon is gone! I can't do anything now and can't chose another starter to! Pls help! Btw, I dont want to make another account because i want to keep this name..

If no one can do something about this, is it maybe possible to reset my account details or something??

If you have already trie redownloading the client and clearing ALL cache and data from the file. Then you should probably post this on bug reports. It seems like a major bug.
