Hey!

I dont know if you manage to solve your problem yet but in this link you can see what to do in your case.

-Try Alt+Tab

- Use an escape rope

- Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh button on the bottom toolbar

- Log out, and then back in
