Hello chelsie13. This problem may occur as a result of being disconnected, or closing the game without logging out. You can not log in until the next reboot or or server crash. This is usually done daily.

Under user alreeady logged in

 

"Unfortunately, this is a server-side glitch that can happen from time to time. Whenever this occurs, you have to wait until the next server reboot to play again.We have daily reboot also. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 

In the rare case, this issues cause by your low connection when you play game and got disconnect, and can potential solved by close completely client and open again. If not solved, you will need wait to reboot."

 

You can still play on the other 2 servers until the one you're deadlocked in goes offline next

my i know what time the server reboot cause i can`t help my self thinking about what happened to my account or my pokes...

i lost 1 day of headbut excavation and hunting :confused:

I agree. My acc is also "logged in" since yesterday. Have yet to see the "daily reboot". Getting kinda upset missing excavation/daycare.

when the server reboot? 1 day, 2 days or 3 days? I'm waiting for the server reboot and now i'm give up. I dont know when but i know the server want to make me sad :Frown:
