I want to reset my account plz

I already did three accounts and always comes the female Bulbasaur and I wanted a male if someone can reset to min 'm very grateful , I do not really want to create another account. and still said that this has not come out of pallet of an error related to a eevee and I have done everything already reseted the game , downloaded again and nothing worked then please reset the account for me plz

Sry but you can't reset the account. You should create another, remember that you can make 2 different account per e-mail
