I'm looking for some specific Pokemons having at least some decent IVs, if you don't think that it has decent IVs, might as well tell me ALL the stats for it anyway. Has to be at least below 60 as well, I like leveling it myself. They have to be Kanto pokemons as well.

Preferred Nature: Adamant

 

 

 

 

6. Paras/Parasect (High IVs on Attack with Adamant Nature)

Yeah, it has the right nature and better IV overall. But not the one where I want good IV on. I do powerhouses in my lineup.
